Talks4You reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the service with immediate effect if these Terms are violated.

8. Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them shall be governed by Hungarian law, taking into account the applicable laws and consumer protection regulations of the European Union. The parties agree to resolve disputes primarily through amicable means; failing that, the exclusive jurisdiction shall rest with the Hungarian courts.
