Welcome to Talks4You! This guide explains how to use the platform, whether you are a service provider or a client. Talks4You is a modern, browser-based system for online bookings and real-time video communication, with integrated translation and secure payments.

1. What is Talks4You?

Talks4You is a fully online, installation-free platform that enables:

• Providers to manage their availability, set rates, and offer appointments to clients.
• Clients to book appointments quickly, easily, and securely online.
• Real-time video and audio communication with optional AI-powered translation in text or voice.

The platform works on any device – computer, tablet, or smartphone – requiring only a browser and an internet connection, with no downloads or installation needed.

2. How It Works

For Clients

1. Choose a service provider from the website.
2. Check the available time slots.
3. Book the time that suits you best.
4. Pay securely via Stripe or PayPal.
5. At the scheduled time, click the provided link to join the video chat.

For Providers

1. Register on the Talks4You platform.
2. Set your availability, hourly rate, and preferred color scheme.
3. Decide whether clients can use their microphone and camera, or join only as viewers.
4. Share your personal booking link with your clients.
5. Track bookings and payments through your dashboard.

3. Payments and Commission

• Clients pay at the time of booking.
• Providers receive their payment instantly to their Stripe or PayPal account.
• Talks4You applies a commission on each successful booking.

4. Technical Requirements

• Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
• Stable internet connection.
• Working microphone and camera – their usage is controlled by the provider.

5. Security and Rules

• Each room allows only one client and one provider at a time.
• Group sessions or webinars are not allowed.
• Adult content is permitted but restricted to users aged 18 and over.
• All connections are encrypted, and no conversations are recorded or stored.

6. Premium Features

• Real-time AI translation (text or voice).
• Featured placement on the homepage by category.
